  LeoMind offers emotional support, educational materials, emotional tracking tools, and mental health resources. LeoMind is not therapy, not crisis counseling, and not medical advice.

• Eligibility:

  You must be at least 18 years old to use LeoMind or have parent/legal guardian consent.

• Membership:

  LeoMind operates on a $10/month membership model. Members receive unlimited access to emotional AI chats, resource libraries, and mental health tools.

• No Guarantee of Outcomes:

  LeoMind is a support tool, not a guarantee of personal improvement or mental health recovery.

• Account Responsibility:

  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Limitations of Liability:

  LeoMind is not liable for decisions, actions, or emotional distress arising from your use of the platform.

• Termination:

  LeoMind reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform or violate these terms.

• Dispute Resolution:

  Any disputes will be resolved through confidential arbitration in the State of Texas.
